Maintenance, Property Management and rental services:
The maintenance of the communal amenities at Maldives Homes will be done by our Site Management Office. The cleaning of the communal pools, landscaping, lighting, security, garbage collection and all communal facilities on-site will be managed through our Site Management Office. The monthly maintenance fees for each household will be 120 GBP. This price also includes the repainting of the whole site every 5 years.
Furthermore, pre-sale and after-sale services will also be provided to the residents of Maldives Homes. Any needs or requirements in property related matters will be dealt by our 24/7 services.
The Management Office will also be providing rental services for those who would like to rent their properties whether it be at high seasons or off season.
Commencement And Completion
Phase I includes apartment blocks A1, A2, A3, B1 and villas no. 1,2,3,4,5. Construction work for Phase I has already commenced. The completion date for Phase I is July 2019
Phase II and III include apartment blocks A4, A5, A6, B2 and villas no. 6,7,8,9,10,11. Construction work for Phases II and III will commence in March 2019. The completion date for Phases II and III is July 2020.
December 2018: Latest progress on Maldives Homes. Brickwork and plastering of top floors completed for some buildings. Concrete skeletons of of villas completed.
